Chief Coach

Shihan Francis Hong, 6th Dan is the chief coach of Zen Shin Ren Karate-do Association. Shihan Francis Hong has been in karate for the past 43 years and with experience in 33 years of coaching. He has represented Singapore in many regional and International Championship from 1978 to 1990 with a vast experience in Kumite and Kata competition.

As a former Technical Director, Head Coach/National Coach of Singapore, he was instrumental for introducing sports Science training into the National Team.
